I don’t think they ever thought this case would blow up like this or they definitely would have sequestered them

This case will go down in history!!! They had no idea how this case would blow up, not to mention the crediabilty of each witness. This case has opened so many holes in doctors, experts, family. Hot lines…. Lack of proper investigation such as testing the substance in the tumbler, no blood tests, no enzyme test and a ton of medication that some providers never tapered her medications just cut them off cold turkey. I agree with you!!!

Originally I was like nah they won’t be able to stay away then i realized if they believe she didn’t do it they will (or atleast I would) do anythingggggg to keep from getting disqualified so that i can be there to vote at the end and keep her free.

I think in a case of this nature and high public view and option they should absolutely be sequestered. At least after this case this should be the standard (with updated legal compensation/accommodations for jury members.)

It’s probably bc the defense tried to bring outside influence into the court with that tiktoker

Let’s be honest, they should have been sequestered. You can’t avoid this even if you’re trying

I can believe that maybe one or two people listened to the judge. but the whole jury... nope, no, Nada, didn't happen.

I think they can be exposed to outside influence and still make a decision based only on the evidence presented

Something somewhere :
Here's the bottom line we all know she did it. The point of this is the prosecution was so bad that no one believes she did it. That means the jury is a loss cause. They're going to rule her insane. The only way the case makes sense anymore is if she wasn't insane all things to the prosecution.
