@rulestosurvivethestreets: Shandrika Hayslett was just days away from completing her doctorate. The 34-year-old healthcare administrator had worked so hard to build her life and career. She was back home celebrating a young relative heading off to college when a fight broke out and gunfire erupted. The footage being shared was recorded in pitch blackness where you cannot see anything clearly but you can hear a voice believed to be Shandrika screaming over and over again that she has been shot saying I've been shot l've been shot. Tragically she did not survive. Four other people were also shot in the chaos. Three have since been released from hospital and the fourth is now stable. Two men Naskial Wilson and Damion Thomas both 25 have been arrested and charged with first-degree murder. A third suspect has been identified and police say more arrests are coming. A celebration turned into pure horror. A woman who achieved so much was taken away in the most senseless way imaginable.
