@ranelittle: On the day Halo coded, in the middle of the most terrifying moment of my life, I made a decision that I will carry with me forever. I baptized my baby girl. With everything happening around us, I needed to know that I had given Halo back to God and placed her completely in His hands. I prayed over her, held her, and asked God to protect her, no matter what happened next. I don’t know what the future holds. I don’t know how much time I have with my little girl. But I know I believe in a God who is bigger than the the fear that fills this hospital room. Thank You, God, for every breath Halo has taken. Thank You for every moment You have given me with her. Thank You for the doctors and nurses who continue fighting for her. And thank You for hearing every prayer whispered over her bedside.
