The administrative stay on the appeals court ruling expires tomorrow. But what’s more interesting are the two things revealed in the SCOTUS filing by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. They say Trump has admitted once the ballroom is up it’s not coming down even if the courts rule it illegal and they allege Trump sped up construction as a way to “outrun judicial review”.
