@tootie_from_compton: Today, I needed a little time alone with God. 🙏🏾❤️ No crowd. No agenda. No long prayer prepared. Just me, standing in the water, surrounded by His creation, talking to the Lord. I thanked Him for His goodness. I thanked Him for His mercy. I thanked Him for where He brought me from, what He brought me through, and even the things He protected me from that I may never know about. And then I asked Him one simple question: “Lord, what would You have for me next?” I don't know what the next chapter looks like. I don't know every door He's going to open or every direction He's going to take me. But I know the same God who carried me this far isn't finished with me yet. Then I got on that swing and just swung. 😂❤️ No responsibilities for a minute. No trying to figure anything out. Just enjoying the breeze, the sunshine, the sound of the water, and the blessing of simply being here. Sometimes you don't need another plan. Sometimes you need to get quiet enough to hear God. Today, I got quiet. And I am grateful. 🙏🏾 Thank You, Lord, for what was, what is, and whatever You have for me next. ❤️
