Not to be too pedantic, but the charges I have seen do not include sexual battery upon a person under 12. That is the only non-murder charge that qualifies for the death penalty by statute.

he's not facing anything that law's been placed since 2023 and they've yet to use it and have had thousands of eligible cases. he will plead it down, get a misdemeanor won't even go to jail and won't even have to register
