I’m a pens and paper kinda girl myself. I also use the pen as a fidget if there is nothing to write. Nothing annoys me more than when there is no agenda shared prior to the meeting so folks can prepare.

Girl! Yes! People bring their laptops….have no real clue about what’s going on and if they don’t clue what’s going on, they have no value in the discussion. I write important notes in that notebook if I don’t want to forget key points.
