I used to teach gymnastics to special needs kids at my old job. I never talked about my personal life with the kids other than silly stuff like my favorite color and my pet's names for ice breakers. There was a student who was very quiet and her mom said she had a very big imagination and often makes up weird scenarios. She once walked up to me and started asking weird questions. Then she looked me dead in the eyes and said that I shouldn't go on a drive with my uncle Lucas when he asks to go get ice cream. Later that night my uncle asked to me to go with him to get ice for us. I said no because I was really tired. he crashed and survived. But a branch impaled the passenger seat, the same seat I would've been in if I went with him.

I was 37 weeks pregnant and a student came up to me upset and said “i’m sad you won’t come back to school tomorrow”. I had an unplanned emergency induction that night. Felt creepy enough to me!!

So to start, my mom passed when I was 21 weeks pregnant. We talk about her a little but not anything super specific. Last Halloween we went to a town wide trick or treat where local places had booths and handed out candy. One was our soda companies handing out drinks. Well my son was 3 and look at all the choice and grabbed a MTN Dew. We don’t drink soda so I thought he liked the color. I asked why he picked that one and he said “my grandma told me to get this one” 😳😳😳 My mom only drank MTN Dew for years!
