Hold my wine. (I’m not full blown delulu but to answer your questions): 1. The cause of death would point to him—his only option what? strangulation. Also how does a nurse try four different ways and fail so miserably…. Yah. 2. He could have done it all (minus Callen) before he left for CVS seeing as his timeline doesn’t align with surveillance. Also the heart rate evidence has really pushed me to this side. 3. (As a lawyer) this is a legal strategy. Sometimes the evidence appears so one sided you have to make hard choices and you always have to do what is besttttt for your client in the long run.

People are dumb and/or refuse to fathom that a white woman did this even though she herself and her lawyer said she did.

Besides her confession after being told that she did it, what proof do we have on her?

I think her team used the plea almost as a cop out. ON the off chance she does lose ( bc i think she innocent ) it’s better to get guilty bc of insanity v simply guilty. It is a smart play on her legal team. Instead of life in prison she could possibly get the treatment she needs

She did it, she deserved help and didn’t get the proper care. I think he’s wrong for not paying attention as it kept getting worse but shes been consistent for years

everyone in these comments are delusional lol. let it have been been a black women or just any man they wouldn’t be getting any support. Mental health is not an excuse im sorry, it can be a reason but not an excuse for us to just give her or any one who commits that type of crime a slap on the wrist. You can argue that almost every murderer has some sort of mental health issue or psychosis adjacent. should those people walk free too or just be in an institution?People are being purposely dense because she’s white. lock her up

1. She was in and out of consciousness, and in psychosis. At this point she had already “confessed” to him — he’d already planted the seed in her head that she’d done it, and he believed she’d succumb to her injuries. 2. We don’t know that there wasn’t any blood or defensive wounds because he was not actually investigated. 3. Because there was no investigation done on him. No interrogation, nothing. There is no admissible evidence to build a case where in they point to him instead of her, but by pleading not criminally responsible, they AT LEAST get him on the stand under oath. They get to ask him certain questions under oath and conduct their own independent forensic investigation for discovery. This can be used as admissible evidence if he were to ever be investigated and tried.

Question 1 - he needs someone to pin it on question 2 - based on the photos from store you see that he changed his clothes question 3 - its because what can easily be proven in court and if she’s found not guilty, they can look into someone else based on the circumstantial evidence. They cannot go after another potential suspect until this case is closed

She did it. But I think he was negligent. If ai say I may kill the kids , I’d hope you run away with them and call the cops.

my question is how did she confess when she had head injuries that affected her memory of that day and had a warped sense of reality due to the postpartum psychosis… the husband said he told her she did it but she couldn’t talk? it’s too much reasonable doubt for me chile

Honorable question. Those are all theories . But facts are , that med was in her system was IN HIS CARE ! She had double the amount of meds in her system then her previous prescribed dosage (because she wasn’t prescribed anymore ) he said the doctors told her to give her the meds to throw away

Ngl I encourage you to do research outside of tiktok. Their theories can seem very confusing until you actually watch the trial and contextualize what the prosecution is saying
