my “period meal” is ALWAYS beef liver and onions because beef liver is so high in iron and vitamins 🥹 it makes me feel so much better after I eat it because I bleed so heavily

I always make my wife a steak because she’s already anemic. According to her, it reduces her cramps by 3 days so I’m gonna keep doing it 😂

My dad came and picked me up from school. We stopped at the gas station and he got me a fountain Pepsi and a chocolate bar. Took me home for the rest of the day ❤️my mother has resented me my entire life and she just told me finally at 45. Miss and love my dad so much

my period has rendered me basically a zombie in my adulthood, so it’s tradition now that on the first/second day i get a burger and a milkshake. keeps me fed and makes up for the bloodloss, the one time that tradition was skipped and i wasn’t given either was a baaaaad week physically and mentally

When I was literally dying because of the pain my dad came into my room and asked what’s the problem. I told him about my period cramps and he was like okay and now? You’ll have to deal with it. He rolled his eyes and he walked away…. I was crying the whole time👍🏼
