No, you're not being dramatic. Keep an eye on it and definitely go to the doctor if it keeps hurting. I had an in-grown toe nail once and it started like that. Not saying it is that, but definitely keep an eye on it. 🙏❤ Because yes, that sort of thing hurts, real bad.
