For the civies out there, he is at a drill inspection. The DI (guy yelling) will do anything in his power short of physically handling the guy being inspected to get him to make a mistake. It is a test of knowledge and confidence at the highest level. Guy being an inspected responded perfectly per the guidelines and regulations of his position within the honor guard.
