Sorry, but I disagree with this. Basic education, including elementary and high school, teaches us the fundamental skills needed for learning and everyday life, such as reading, writing, counting, forming sentences, problem-solving, and communication. College, on the other hand, allows us to expand our knowledge and develop expertise in the field or career path we want to pursue. For example, if you want to start a business, you can take a business-related course to better understand areas such as business models, finance, operations, and management. The mindset of “Don’t study anymore, just start a business” overlooks how complex running a business can actually be. Education may not guarantee success, but school can provide us with the foundational and, depending on the level, entry- to mid-level knowledge needed to better understand the path we want to pursue.

Her point is, kung saan magaling yung isang bata dapat doon ang focus ng education. Like here in Canada, high school palang if nakikita nila magaling bata sa coding, there are specialized schools for that. Kung gusto ng bata sa trades, hahasain yung skills nya sa school palang until mag apprentice sya. Sa Pinas kasi very generic yung curriculum, pagkagrad ng high school waley lang! 🤭 While dito sa canada pwede sila maging red seal electrician, mechanic, carpenter, coding expert, etc pagkagrad ng high school.

What she mean po is may mga subjects na di fit sa students. Ang daming subjects po kasi from grade school to high school. Sa other countries po is pinapa pili napo sila highschool palang kung anong course gusto nila e focus para pag college na is advance na yung teaching. Kaya po scam kasi unnecessary yung maraming subjects. We don't have to learn everything. In short gusto lang ng gobyerno na mediocre level lang alam natin pero sa other countries ay naka focus silang maging expert ang students. Ayaw ng gobyerno ng Pinas na maging mayaman tayo, gusto nilang employees lang tayo forever. Wala nga sa subjects nato sa high school on how to manage finances and how to build businesses. In short gusto nila sila lang yung negosyante at tayo ay empleyado nila.

You are wrong. There's a reason why there are many subjects in school. It's to expose the children on different fields in order to determine where they really belong. Some excel on one subject and some excel on the other because we are born different. The important point of education is to teach them how to follow procedures and instructions even if some of it is uncomfortable. Not necessarily for chasing top excellence but rather resilience.

Very wrong! Education is not a scam. It teaches you the basic on how to swim, fly, run climb and et all. The students have their choices when they come of age wether to fly climb or run or et all… thats why colleges offer the field of their choice. Your analogy is a scam! Hahaha!
