Marshmallow Nougat 📝 Recipe 60g • Butter 200g • Marshmallow 100g • Powdered Milk 50g • Biscuit 50g • Dried Strawberry 70g • Almond Steps: • Cooking - put stove in low heat all the time - put butter on pan and let it melt *note: use a non-stick pan - put marshmallows and stir until they melt - put powdered milk and continue stirring - last put your choice of toppings and stir until everything is combined. I use biscuits, dried strawberries, and almonds • Moulding - put some powdered milk on mould so it won’t stick - put in a baking pan / mould to shape while it’s hot, or just shape it without any mould is fine *note: it was hard to let the marshmallow out, just put on top of baking paper or just manually mould it with a rolling dough, plastic bench scraper or something💀 • Fridge - put the marshmallow nougat in the chiller for at least 2 hours to set • Finishing; Nougat with Marshmallow - put powdered milk on cutting board so it won’t stick - cut the marshmallow nougat as you like - topped it off with powdered milk / put powdered milk all over the marshmallow nougat so it won’t stick — #nobake #homecafe #홈카페 #asmr #dessert #nougat #marshmallow #EasyRecipes #easyrecipesathome #homecooking #cookingathome #homecafeindonesia

En Thaïlande, une touriste italienne aperçoit un rare dauphin rose au large de Khanom 🐬 Lors d’un voyage en Asie du Sud-Est, Francesca Caon, une touriste italienne, a eu la chance d’apercevoir un dauphin rose dans les eaux de Khanom, dans le sud de la Thaïlande. Elle a partagé une vidéo de cette rencontre rare sur ses réseaux sociaux. « Il y a des rencontres que, même si vous voyagez, vous ne pouvez pas programmer. Les apercevoir dans la nature est une rencontre rare », a-t-elle raconté sur Instagram. Le dauphin observé appartient à l’espèce Sousa chinensis, aussi appelée dauphin à bosse de l’Indo-Pacifique. Présente principalement dans les eaux côtières d’Asie, cette espèce se distingue notamment par son museau allongé et, chez certains individus, par une teinte rose caractéristique.Cette couleur n’est pas liée à une pigmentation rose de la peau : elle provient principalement de la forte vascularisation située sous l’épiderme et peut varier selon la température, l’activité de l’animal ou encore son âge.
