Take it from me...speak to your body out loud it listens. Eg. I used to struggle with serious cravings even after I'd just eaten like 5 minutes ago I'd want to just snack and no I'm was not preggo it was just a bad unhealthy habit that was making me obese. I tried the restriction diets, the medication, deworming tabs etc it just got worse until finally I said out loud "Listen body, we are stuck together until our times up. It's just you and me in here and I need you to get your sh...t together cause you craving things all the time is starting to interfere with my day to day living. Please stop this." It worked. No more cravings after that. I think 🤔 it's spiritual sometimes idk
