@jo_macdonald_scotland: I could spend a lot of money on nicer running clothes and running supplements and various things but I know it won’t make a difference to my running & enjoyment of the sport. . It’s so tempting to purchase more of what I see online but I try my best to make running a sustainable sport. . What do you think? #fitover40 #runningmum #sustainableliving #sustainablesport #runningtips

I agree with what you’re saying, but one thing I do not scrimp on is a good pair of running shoes. I don’t care about the cost, I value my knees and ankles way more.

Had my current Garmin fenix 6 for around 7 years. Just change the strap every few years.

I would travel if I had that on my doorstep too 😍 I have to travel for mountains. Watch rec… coros, much cheaper than Garmin, better battery life and although less data, you don’t need half of what Garmin has

Best bit about scotland is all the different routes i have right outside my front door. My two cents for the watch bit i picked up the garmin fenix 6 pro when the fenix 7 came out got it for 400 instead of the stupid 1000 price for the new one and its still going strong so id recommend the fenix range from garmin if you want it. If not yout still doing well
