Bandogs are just genetic russian roulette. Pedigrees aren't well tracked, realistically you can be getting any mix of mastiff with traits unknown. Stick to any breed with an established pedigree who's been selectively bred for protection

I have maremma sheepdog x husky she talks & howls like but geez when someone was hanging around my house at 3am she sure let me know I went to lounge room she positioned her self in front of me ready to protect me . My boy husky x German spitz slept thru it all . Like this is my dogs playing he’s biting her neck . So if stranger did break in to my place this the face they will get & she’s playing here
