I'm also a first time mom and I wish I had the funds to get you some stuff but I wanted to say I struggled really bad with postpartum anxiety and the owlet sock has helped so much with my anxiety my son ks 5 months now and we still use it. also helps a lot at baby's appointments wjen they ask how much sleep baby is getting
