I think the white ones will match the bag and the white parts of your dress which will make the outfit stand out more and emphasize on the bright whites, but because its for breakfast and beach id go for the brown ones to keep it more casual for the morning, the brown matches the brown on the dress making the darker colors stand out, overall it makes the look softer and more seamless. Me personally id prefer a more quiet outfit for the morning and for lunch make it more interesting by adding the pop of white to freshen up the look. But it depends what vibe you are going for, both look great!
