Proffessionalism requires beyond threatening...There is what is called an annual strategic plan which has many procurements which is approved by PPDA, its proffesional enough to give you correct figures based on the approved contract. Does this MP even remember all the votes from the subcounties....we need interllectual people who ask questions to get facts....
