Our order printer machine broke the other day, so I was writing a large order down and said to the next customer, "Sorry, I'll be a minute; I just have to write this order down." I got halfway through writing the order down, and she said, "So, am I going to get some service here, or do I need to go somewhere else?" It made me so mad. I responded, "As I said before, our machine is broken. I have to write this order down."

Today I was helping a lady choose an Ice cream. I pointed to 3 of the 7 flavours on the picture, and I told them I only had those three left, chocolate, pistacchio and coconut. "I'll take the blueberry".

my shop was super loud and busy and i told a customer i will be with them in just a minute while i was refilling the pastry case (1. it was so loud and i wouldn’t be able to hear them if i was filling the pastry case 2. bc i was quite literally doing something) and she scoffed and threw a mini tantrum because she had to wait 4 seconds. do we not know patience anymore. didn’t even say thank you
