GrapheneOS has been a victim of misinformation in the past, too. I guess people really don't like that GrapheneOS actually works well. What the person claiming that "GrapheneOS is compromised" does, is talk about GrapheneOS phones gotten from a seller, but then marketing it as if it's a problem with GrapheneOS rather than the seller. It's very dishonest.

I can confirm I'm going through such harassment. I'm happy to hear some validation for my claims while so many sources claim GOS as a currently impenetrable software product. Seeing how people who try to develop privacy conserving products or run their own cloud service infrastructure are facing all kinds of issue it's rather easy to assume that there really isn't working solutions against systemic harassment and most activists are just safe because they play a meaningful role in the world theater. Prepaid subscriptions aren't a solution to privacy if they know where you have been with your phone
