this is my subjective opinion based on what empirical experience, we do not hate "orang dalam" but we hate "nepotism" why do i think it's two different things, "orang dalam" makes you visible to opportunity but you're capable, while "nepotism" gives you opportunity blindly without taking your skill and experience into the account
