working in fnb industry for almost 6years+, and my main concern nowadays is kena viral on threads and tiktok 😭 like imagine, having a natural resting bitch face and customer misinterpret that as being rude and viral you 😭

pernah ade customer dtg request pelik² n then bile x bole nk tunaikan, aunty tu jerit kat aq.."gi la masak ayam tu! susahke kerja u,bukan minx buat rumah pon" mind u i was already swimming in order dgn products banyak jam and working alone as a cashier on a weekend shifts?..aunty...i swear to god.. the chicken didn't produce like 30 thigh or drumsticks in it's lifetime....not to mention the rider yg suka nekan²... nightmare

i ingat ada satu customer masa I kerja kedai jual roti canai. bila dia beli roti, dia asyik mintak special box untuk roti sarang burung (mcm mini pizza box). so roti canai dia tak terlipat. lepas tu cakap tak berapa suka box yang kami guna dan suruh beli box yang lebih elok. dia kata dia akan bayar lebih untuk box. masalahnya dia datang beli pun sebulan sekali. roti canai RM1.20 sekeping, takkan la nak cas box lebih dari harga roti kut?
