@profdanfulani: One of the simplest ways to increase your success rate is to increase your failure rate. That sounds backwards until you understand how learning works. If you want more successful attempts, you need more attempts. And more attempts inevitably mean more failures. Try. Fail. Study what went wrong. Adjust. Try again. That is how competence is built. Soichiro Honda captured the idea beautifully: “Success is 99% failure.” Failure is not always evidence that you are incapable. Often, it is information. Your brain learns by detecting prediction errors. You expect one outcome, reality produces another, and that mismatch gives the brain something to update. Every failed attempt can therefore become data for the next attempt. Think like a scientist. Form a hypothesis. Run the experiment. Observe the result. Change the method. Run it again. The person terrified of failure keeps protecting the same untested potential. The person willing to fail keeps generating information. And eventually, information becomes skill. Increase the attempts. Increase the learning. Increase the probability of winning. #GrowthMindset #PsychologyOfGrowth #SelfMastery #Learning #Success
