Gosh. First: you need to use a lot more water to cook pasta. Fill the entire pot, SALT IT with a spoon of gross salt, then put pasta (100g for a portion is enough). Second: you need to use more oil. Start with 3 tablespoons for each portion. To simplify things, don’t slice the garlic and use entire chili peppers. Don’t use the breadcrumbs, you can use breadcrumbs OR bottarga.
