The way the customers approached him was pretty rude also considering the fact he probably got bitched and screamed at by 50 other people in that one shift and you have a camera in his face causing a scene I doubt those two people would be able to handle his job considering there crying over 100ml of fluid not in there cup when they asked for less of the product which includes ice but of course the customer is always right it’s not like there the ones working 8 hours a day in a hot kitchen for grains of rice bi weekly
