I find my black halara leggings so flattering and sucks you right in make me look so flat however I find my tik tok shop sports leggings so much comfier for working out and they were only £4 my comfiest leggings ever lol xx

Aww Tash, I completely sympathise. The body dysmorphia hits pretty hard towards the end of your journey and in maintenance. I’m still working on accepting the body I have now. It’s taking some real work though. We’ll get there xx 😘

This is exactly how I was a stone away from my initial goal last year. Looking back I didn’t see how slim I was at the time. Goes to show the body dysmorphia doesn’t go when you lose the weight, it’s another mental journey to go through even at maintenance!

Same here I’m 49 I won’t be wearing crop tops or hot pants but I’m not excatly the old granny type either .. I wear halara leggings they hold all my loose skin in so well and top wise I hate wearing tight tops so I wear baggy t shirts
