The cycle of Reciprocity is an unwritten one sided mental contract. It sounds like a great idea! But you could move mountains, do the dishes, vacuum the house, spend every waking minute to improve your relationship and she will still not value you. Its a contract she didn't agree to!

I'm happier not having to grit my teeth and If it was only as simple as you say. I've learned you have to distance yourself and make them wonder why? You have to keep there attention by changing up and acting as if your not sure about being with them but not say it. I could go on and on but what I know is I'm very content being single and no longer have to play stupid games to keep them interested.......Why us men can't be ourselves by being nice,kind,loving faithful and supportive is beyond me. Nice is weak yadayadayada etc

This is not true! My ex(and for this reason she is my ex) I gave nothing but love to her, I was never mean, always did what she asked, needed, wanted, I bent over backwards, built her her dream home next to her parents while we lived with for 8 months while the house was being built to get zero physical attention from her the whole time.
