Japan feels like a fantasy—the inevitable feeling of missing a place where I don't belong, or a place I have never even been to. I don't know why I am so drawn to the small details of it. I feel like the place is warm, and I feel like when I go there, my life will be complete and my purpose fulfilled. The people, plants, woods, water, clouds, blue sky, rice fields, animals, stones, myths, legends, music, overall vibe—and my most beloved anime, Your Name (Kimi no Na wa)—all hold a special place in my heart. Soon, I will fulfill my wish. I am still in the first year of my college journey, so I have three more years to complete it. This is why I am striving. This is what I live for: to see beyond my senses and to find the meaning of life. My heart pounds as I type this; the warmth it gives me and the motivation that touches my forehead still lingers. Though I have no foreign friends yet, I am still waiting. Thank you for reminding me to live. ☺️
