@mytraveledits: We stumbled upon this tiny Cao Lầu stall in Hoi An. Quán Vân is a simple streetside setup along Nguyễn Huệ, where we stopped to try one of Hoi An’s most iconic dishes. But what made the experience memorable was the lovely auntie running the stall. She was smiling the whole time as she prepared our Cao Lầu—and even surprised us with a free steamed meatloaf wrapped in banana leaves.
