Ingredients 1 lb ground pork 1/2 lb raw shrimp, peeled, deveined & finely chopped 1 cup finely shredded cabbage 1 cup finely shredded carrots 3 green onions, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder 1 tsp black pepper 8–10 square rice paper wrappers 8–10 nori sheets Oil for brushing or spraying Instructions 1. Mix ground pork, chopped raw shrimp, carrots, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken bouillon powder and pepper until well combined. 2. Place the filling in a ziplock bag. Push it toward one corner and snip off the tip to make a piping bag. 3. Quickly dip the square rice paper in water and lay it flat. 4. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the rice paper. 5. Place one whole nori sheet on top of the sesame seeds. 6. Pipe a thin line of filling across the nori near the bottom edge. 7. Roll tightly into a long roll. 8. Let it rest for 1–2 minutes, then cut into mini pieces with a sharp knife. 9. Lightly brush or spray with oil. 10. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and the filling reaches 160°F (71°C) in the center. Cut each roll into 4 pieces → 32–40 minis Soy Chili Sesame Dipping Sauce 🌶️ Ingredients 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp honey 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp chili crisp or chili garlic oil 1 green onion, finely sliced 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds ½ tsp fresh grated ginger, optional Mix everything together until well combined.
