Certainly not poundedyam but may be pando yam. Though it may be so but if you put pando yam in freezer and it freeze it will turn to very solid like stone. He should have warm it and show us it looks. But for ur info if u buy real pounded yarn or prepare it and u later decide to warm it with microwave anything more than 5 minutes it will turn to rubber like. Anyone can experiment with it or ordinary bread warm it in microwave it will turn chewing gum.
