Agreed I live in Indiana too and Duke Energy is robbing us all!!! and if the power goes out which it does constantly, it takes some days to repair it costing even more money

I got pissed off too. I invested in batteries, a charge controller, an inverter, a generator, and a stack of solar panels. I haven't paid an electric bill since 2011, and that bought me a really nice car.

This ripping off the customer on electricity has been going on for years and years now. I noticed this gouging started on east coast states, 12-17 years ago and drifted across the country to the midwest, where I live. Now I pay about three times I used to pay 15 years ago.😠😠😬😳😠 Why aren't we all SUPER STEAMED over this price gouging.
