@foxnews: Sen. Jim Banks is pushing a package of seven immigration bills, including one named for an Indiana first-grader who was critically injured in a multi-car crash involving a big rig driver who was in the country illegally. The Dalilah Law, described by supporters as the CDL equivalent of the Laken Riley Act, would require states to stop providing commercial driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants and certain foreign nationals. It would also require states to revoke certain existing licenses and administer commercial driving tests only in English. Banks told Fox News Digital that Congress must act to cement President Trump’s immigration priorities into law before a future Democratic administration could reverse them.
