Released in 2008 as part of Goodlyfe's early catalogue,
Released in 2008 as part of Goodlyfe's early catalogue, "Zuena" was one of the songs that helped establish Radio and Weasel as one of Uganda's most influential musical duos. Contemporary accounts identify Zuena alongside Nakudata, Lwaki Onumya, Nyambula and Bread & Butter among the records that defined Goodlyfe's early rise. But Zuena became particularly significant because of the story surrounding it. The song was dedicated to Zuena Kirema, the wife of fellow Ugandan musician Bebe Cool, and its release contributed to the highly publicised rivalry between Goodlyfe and Bebe Cool that later spilled into a series of musical exchanges. Years later, the song's cultural footprint remained evident. In 2013, Monitor described Zuena among the popular songs performed by Goodlyfe during their major live shows. And the story didn't end with Radio's passing. In 2021, Tanzanian artist Rayvanny released a Zuena remix featuring Weasel and Mbosso, explaining that Goodlyfe had inspired many artists of the newer generation and that he considered the remix the biggest song on his album at the time.
