@maritimemaster: Two masthead lights drawing into a line, both sidelights showing, dead ahead and closing, so which way do you turn? Under COLREGs Rule 14 there is no give way and no stand on vessel, so both power driven vessels alter course to starboard, early and large enough to be obvious, and pass port to port.
