Daycare should call parents if child does not show up. We had to call to say they were not gonna be there

We don't understand why the parents didn't call the daycare or her mom. How people can forget kids in a car? The daycare supposedly has to call the parents and verify if the kid is coming Another angel lost her l We are praying for.that innocent baby. Lord ,forgive them. I can't imagine how can deal as a family with this tragedy.
