We lost our mum this April and my brother and sister made sure she got to go how she wanted to. As a kid who lives in different country I didn’t get to help much but we all had conversations with her about how she wanted to go.

I have talked to her . And she told me it’s so wonderful to be able to tell someone how much they are loved before they are gone. I let her know how much she means to me and how much I loved that I got to be a part of her. I’m so glad that you and your sisters know exactly what she wants and how she wants it. I love you cousin.

It is so important! My father (Bridgett) died of a heart attack when I was 29. It was sudden and shocking and so much I wanted to say a learn from him. My mother passed in 2013. I’m so glad I had more time with her. Even though I was closer to my mom, her death wasn’t as devastating because we had that extra time together to talk about everything.
