😭😭😭one of the biggest challenges I am facing.Started with an accounting system last month ,this month officially registered with the department of labour working on my compliance this month.Next month slowly easing into running a functional business documenting everything then hiring 1 permanent member to handle admin I am failing dismally that side ,I have learnt the hard way and easing myself into running an efficient business.😭😭😭

This is one of the most frustrating and underrated scenario that happens in Amal business.. this affects both the owner and the employees as the owner usually feels like employees ain’t doing enough and well as they are more likely to fail and employees on the other hard feelings like that can’t really do the job as they have to run everything but the owner.. this then creates two different expectations in both and they both have different outcomes in mind….

true I'm documenting everything....but I feel you have to reach to a stain level first to be able to do that...at my stage now no one can be able to do what I do to make huge profits,too many tricks and skills I designed alone i tried to teach my ways and employee but soon they get the skills they start their own sucking my brains 😏
