Been with my wife 22 years. We’ve both changed in that time and we’ve adjusted. I read a lot now, because she does. She exercises more now, because I do. I didn’t start reading more for me, I did it for her, so we would continue to have mutual experiences to draw upon. I love her, so not all of my decisions are for myself anymore.

We doing that right now! 8 years, 6 of marriage. We spent the whole time going from crisis to crisis and now that we bought a house, my dream car, embryos in ivf, 5 dogs. She's realized that she wasn't happy and got a new boyfriend and asked for a divorce. It hurt a lot but then I realized I wasn't happy either and accepted it. We've worked together to unravel. 3 months ago, I move out tomorrow. First time being single in a decade,wish me luck
