I personally watched this clip yesterday and after the argument between the customer and staff member the charge was reversed and the customer got his "refund". Reports on line confirmed that no disciplinary action was taken against the employee who was doing his job. Tim Horton has the same exact policy. (The Creator is just trying to secure views and comments for the post 👎👎👎)
