currently more leaders are conspiracies & problems creating technical skill rather than problem solving, coaching &supporting technical skill!!,so more mindset leadership training is more need, becuase currenlty appoint of leader is like dynasty ruling systdm & curruption based rather than experience, potential,accadymical competent & situational point of view leaderz
