Is any of this relevant if you don’t carry credit card debt? I’m making micropayments throughout the month, essentially after every transaction gets posted. I could make 3-4 payments a week

I haven't tried micro payments but I do try to pay a little over the minimum every month with everything including my car payment. it helps but might try micro payments too

I was making payments once per month before the due date. Then twice monthly splitting the payment until I started seeing your videos. Now I make weekly payments and anytime I have a little extra, I make additional micro payments. Just started this recently so we'll see how it goes.
