im on my 2nd month of levothyroxine and my test results that my primary care dr did and I still cant lose any weight... I also havent Gained any weight luckily and I have alot of those symptoms.. what else do I ask fo to get tested to feel better and hopefully be able to lose weight

I have elevated anti-thyroid with aligning symptoms and the endocrinologist says there's nothing wrong with me , it's in my head and anti-thyroid levels mean literally nothing. I don't know if I have a thyroid issues but it's crazy that I was told the excess anti-bodies mean nothing
