PUMPKIN BAKED BRIE 1 sheet puff pastry Brie wheel 1/4 cup apricot jam Egg wash Cinnamon stick Sage leaves Slightly roll out puff pastry, in center spread in a small circle 1/4 cup apricot jam and place brie wheel on top. Cut puff pastry into a circle and wrap onto brie wheel. Use baker twine to create a pumpkin shape. Brush with egg wash and bake with twine tied side down 350 for 20-25 minters until golden brown. Let cool then remove bakers twine. Top with a cinnamon stick and sage leaves.

The jar says “Apricot,” but you can always make it your own by changing the flavor to guava or apple. Yumm! 😋
