I'm 61 i have a 29 yr GF who was on the Stanford Gymnast team Yup & a grad student at Duke ur correct she has the $ I also Been Bodybuilding for 47 yrs was a former Mr RI & Mass I plan on entering in Bodybuilding Contests again Yes I wear tight shirts lol 😂😂 I'm Serious Hey its a lifestyle

I love this so much, Liz. There is something incredibly powerful about refusing to accept that a certain age means we are supposed to shrink our lives, stop learning, or quietly settle for less than we still want. You did not begin because you had every answer or because technology came naturally. You began because you wanted more choices, more freedom, and a future that felt like it still belonged to you. That willingness to learn something completely new is what makes this so inspiring. I am in a very similar season of realizing that the next chapter does not have to look anything like the chapters that came before it. We are not too old, too late, or too far behind. We are bringing decades of experience, resilience, mistakes, lessons, and stories with us—and that has value. Keep building it. Someone else is watching you and realizing that maybe they are not finished either. ❤️

Who told you a slow down at 62? I’m also 62 and will be collecting my first Social Security check this month. I’m helping my daughter with her three little boys every day, keeping up with my husband who’s 13 years younger and living my life. I’m not gonna slow down until they put me in the dirt.
