I switched from free and clear to Buff City Soap! You can buy online. All natural, smells AMAZING, and our clothes have never been more clean (with an 8 month old😅)

Try a laundry rinse! The beads can gunk up your machine. They have scented and non scented rinses and they are a game changer for stinky clothes😁

Definitely get a winter jacket for him! You'll probably go to holiday things/ if it snows where you live you'll wanna bring him out also even though they can't use it in the car i always brought it with us in case the walk in somewhere was longer than expected

This is what we got for my son last year and I’ll be getting the same thing this year. It’s a water proof fleece onesie and it’s rated for 60 by itself but I loved being able to throw a layer or two under it to keep him warmer as needed. (I live in Va so it does get cold here but not super cold for super long)

I always put them in a fleece jacket because of car seat safety. If he has a jacket or if someone gives you one, you can put it on him backwards when he’s in his car seat so it still gets used

Hi! We love those sleepers you got for your niece! Just FYI they run really small. My daughter was in 3-6m clothing and I had to buy the 9M size and it still is quite small. I know you mentioned she is Turing 1yo, but the 12m size might be too small unless she’s a tiny baby!!

At 2 years old I did thin jackets with my kids too. And they usually wore long sleeve and mittens and/or hats. Two minutes in and out of the car, they don’t need to be bundled.
