Both sides witnesses agreed on “ she doesn’t want the kids to be alone without her “ and “ she do not want to have the kids taking from her “ this shows an extremely high chance of calculated premeditations based on false beliefs ( delusional thoughts ) which is connected to her major episodes of depression,, this also shows intent, the ability to act on her beliefs and what she think is in her kids best interest especially when she told them “ go to god “ she knew what’s right from wrong and acted with reasonable amount of sanity to be held accountable.
