Baby… the writers never consult each other. The same way, it’s impossible for Rhaena to not know her father was dragonless for years as if there isn’t records of it in Dragonstone🤦🏾♀️

We don't actually know where Rhaenys was raised. Probably a combination of King's Landing and Dragonstone since her father was Prince of Dragonstone. But also, they seem to be navigating either servant's passages or Maegor's tunnels. A Princess would have no reason to know the former and it is entirely possible that she may not have needed to learn the latter

You have to remember that when the Red Keep was built Maegor made sure that it was filled with a lot of secret passageways and tunnels and that not even those who live in the Red keep know of all of them. Maegor had all the builders killed so that only he would know all of the Castles secrets and they died with him.

I think its for one, the writers are ass and don’t know what they’re doing. Two, she was raised inside the red keep and they’re outside the castle in the scene. She’s a princess and this is kinda like the medival times, nobility were never out in the streets, so obviously she wouldn’t know her way around.
